Co-Founder & Pediatric Nurse Practitioner, Aero Pediatrics
Courtney Frieze, DNP, PNP-BC, CLC earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from the University of Arizona, focusing on primary care for pediatric patients. As a board certified pediatric nurse practitioner, she has successfully treated hundreds of children ages 0-18 for common concerns and illnesses while collaborating with family to ensure the most optimal outcomes. Prior to moving into the advanced practitioner role, Courtney was a neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) nurse for more than eight years at Phoenix Children’s Hospital as well as within the Banner NICU network. Caring for the most fragile of infants, she has accumulated a rich skill set that spans from newborn feeding and developmental care to recognizing newborn specific health conditions. She is also a certified lactation consultant, a role she embraced after seeing how often breastfeeding causes stress for new parents. Alongside her clinical practice, Courtney has previously enjoyed three years of teaching as a faculty member in her alma mater, the University of Arizona College of Nursing. In her free time, she loves playing board games with her husband and friends, cooking, and camping with family. Courtney looks forward to partnering with your family to ensure optimal care, guidance, and personalized support at every stage of your child's growth.

Our Care Model
Aero Pediatrics is a cash-pay pediatric practice.
Membership allows Aero to operate outside many of the constraints of traditional insurance-based primary care.
Rather than billing insurance for each membership visit, families pay a predictable monthly membership fee.
This allows the practice to focus on maintaining a smaller patient panel and providing a more personal care experience.
Aero Membership is not health insurance.
Families should maintain appropriate insurance for emergency care, hospitalization, specialists, imaging, prescriptions, and other services outside Aero.
