Frequently Asked Questions
Membership
-
Membership is:
$149/month — one child
$249/month — two children
$299/month — three or more children
There is no enrollment fee.
Membership is month-to-month.
Aero requires 30 days' written notice for cancellation.
-
You may cancel anytime according to the membership agreement.
Because Aero maintains a deliberately limited patient panel, re-enrollment is not guaranteed.
Families who voluntarily discontinue membership may be subject to a waiting period before rejoining, and re-enrollment is always subject to available capacity.
-
Aero limits its patient panel so that members can receive the level of access and continuity the practice is designed to provide.
Allowing families to repeatedly activate membership only when a child becomes sick would make that model difficult to maintain for long-term members.
Families who prefer episodic care may use Aero House Calls instead.
