A better way to experience pediatric care.
What comes with an Aero Membership?
Aero Membership gives your family more than access to appointments—it gives you an ongoing relationship with a pediatric provider who knows your child and is easier to reach when questions come up.
For $150/month, members receive:
• Direct access for pediatric questions and guidance
• Priority scheduling for sick concerns
• Convenient home visits and virtual care when appropriate
• Well-child and developmental care
• Help with medications, referrals, testing, and next steps
• Ongoing guidance as your child grows
• Care designed around the needs of busy families
The goal is simple: less waiting, less guessing, and one trusted pediatric resource for your family.

HSA-Compatible Design
Beginning in 2026, qualifying Direct Primary Care memberships can be paid for using tax-free HSA funds.
That means families may be able to use money already set aside in their Health Savings Account to cover their Aero Membership—giving you more direct access to pediatric care while taking advantage of the tax benefits your HSA already provides.
More personal pediatric care. More convenient access. And for eligible families, a smarter way to use healthcare dollars.
HSA eligibility depends on your health plan, individual circumstances, and applicable IRS requirements. Aero Pediatrics does not provide tax advice.
Month-to-Month Membership
Aero Membership is designed to be flexible.
Members may cancel with 30 days' written notice in accordance with the membership agreement.
Aero intentionally maintains a limited patient panel so that enrolled families can receive the level of access and continuity the practice is designed to provide.
For that reason:
Re-enrollment after voluntary cancellation is not guaranteed.
Former members may be required to wait before rejoining and re-enrollment is always subject to practice capacity.
Why Membership Instead of Individual Visits?
A house call helps solve today's problem.
Membership creates an ongoing pediatric relationship.
Instead of deciding where to seek care each time your child becomes sick, Aero members have an established provider who already knows their child's history and family.
For many families, that continuity is the most valuable part of Aero.
